The unique Cities: Skylines was a much-needed Band-Support over the gaping wound that the collapse of the SimCity model had left within the gaming world. We, the players — we need to construct bizarre little cities. We need to make dense city corridors and industrial havens, huge tracts of tree farms and bridges to nowhere. The gamer’s urge on this style is powerful, and Cities: Skylines deftly lined that want in 2015, permitting me and lots of others to have lots of of hours of fiddly enjoyable, creating sweeping freeway networks and furiously clicking to determine why this one intersection is having such horrible visitors issues.
