I like Darryl as a result of not solely has he aged with the character, not like Yong, he isn’t attempting to sound like Kuroda, in an interview Darryl mentioned that the one factor he acquired was a quick description of Kiryu’s voice to go off of and from that we acquired his legendary Yakuza 1 voice. Glad for Yong however it is a real disappointment for Y7 dub followers who lastly started to benefit from the consistency.
